Cancellation/Replacement
Cancellation can be made within 8 days of receipt telling us why you are not satisfied. We will refund the sale price of the MobalPay card by bank transfer. We are unable to refund by cash. The Money Back Guarantee does not cover shipping charges, top-up balances, subscription fees or any other charges relating to your MobalPay card. If there is a fault with your MobalPay card within 12 months of purchase we will replace it.

Payment Terms
Set-up fee is paid upfront by bank transfer or convenience store payment. Subscription fees are billed on the same date each month from activation. For cards activated on the 29th/30th/31st of the month subscription fees will be billed on the 1st of each month.
